HOUSTON, TX : All lanes of I-45 at North Street reopen after crash involving car on top of concrete divider on Friday, 12th April 2024

A crash on I-45 southbound north of downtown slowed down traffic Friday morning.

The crash briefly limited the freeway to one lane near North Street but has since reopened, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

The sheriff first posted about the incident on X, formerly Twitter, at 7:40 a.m. He shared a photo showing the car stuck on the concrete lane divider.
