Tallahassee,FL : New York Giants’ legend Lawrence Taylor pleads guilty to DWI in crash on June, monday 19th 2017

Football legend Lawrence Taylor pleaded guilty Monday to driving while under the influence after he sideswiped a cop car and a motor home in Florida last year.

The 58-year-old former Giants linebacker will get a year of probation and must pay roughly $1,500 in fines and court fees as a result of the Sept. 2. crash. He also must enroll in DUI courses, perform 75 hours of community service and install an ignition interlock on his car.

The Hall of Famer was driving a 2010 Bentley in Palm Beach Gardens, about an hour north of Miami, when he hit the two vehicles as he tried to merge onto the Florida Turnpike from an on-ramp, according to a court records. No one was injured.
