Jersey City,NJ : Officers plead not guilty in high-speed chase that ended in fiery crash on November, Sunday 12th 2017

More than a dozen city police officers showed their support today at the arraignment of three current and one former officer charged in a high-speed chase in which shots were fired at the moving vehicle and an innocent bystander was beaten while on fire.

Attorneys for Officers Eric Kosinski, Francisco Rodriguez, Lt. Keith Ludwig and former Officer MD Kahn entered pleas of not guilty on behalf of their clients at this morning's hearing before Hudson County Superior Court Judge Nesle Rodriguez.
