MUSKEGON, MI : 29-year-old Muskegon man killed when trying to cross SB US-31 on Friday, 10th May 2024

A man was killed early Friday morning when he attempted to cross US-31 in Muskegon and was hit by a car.

Police said the crash happened just before 6 a.m. on southbound US-31 near the Sherman Boulevard exit. A 29-year-old Muskegon man had tried to cross the freeway when he was hit.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
