SWARTZ CREEK, MI : 19-year-old arraigned on charges from hit-and-run of UAW strikers on Wednesday, 11th October 2023

The 19-year-old driver accused of hitting United Auto Workers members on strike outside the Flint Processing Center in Swartz Creek last month was arraigned Wednesday on two charges.

Court records show Malachi Hittle of Flint was arraigned on one felony count of assault with a dangerous weapon and one misdemeanor count of failure to stop at the scene of a personal injury accident.
