PERRYVILLE, MO : 63-Year-Old Seriously Injured After Crash on I-55 on Friday, 31st May 2024

A 63-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a crash along I-55 on Friday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) stated a 63-year-old woman from High Ridge, Missouri, was driving a 2008 Toyota Camry going south on I-55 in Perry County near the 131 mile marker at 9:01 p.m.

MSHP reported the woman traveled off the left side of the road and struck a cable median barrier.

The woman was taken to Mercy Hospital in Perryville for serious injuries.

The Toyota Camry was reportedly totaled.
