Florence County, SC: 18-wheeler hauling 20 tons of batteries flips in Florence County on Thursday, July 16th 2015

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer that was carrying 20 tons of batteries.According to the SCHP website, the crash happened around 10:30 a.m. on SC 327 near I-95.According to Windy Hill Fire Chief John Delung, the truck that overturned was carrying 40,000 pounds of batteries, causing the load to shift and the truck to overturn.The driver was not injured, according to Delung.
