A Charlotte woman was killed in Pineville Wednesday morning after police say her vehicle ran off the roadway into the woods.
The crash was reported at 9:15 a.m. on the 12000 block of Lancaster Highway, according to the Pineville police.
Police say the 25-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, died as a result of her injuries when her vehicle ran off the road.
No other vehicles were involved.
The investigation is ongoing.
