A 38-year old Walthill woman was killed in an accident.

Diona Jo Doenhoefer was killed in the accident that occurred about 10:30 a.m. Monday on mile marker 11 on Highway 94 in Thurston County, according to a release issued by the Nebraska State Patrol.

The vehicle was traveling south on the highway when it left the road, went into the ditch, struck a bank and rolled. The driver was ejected, the patrol said.

Seatbelts were not in use in the single-vehicle accident.
