Thornton, N.H : Driver injured after car crashes into tree in Thornton on Thursday, February 26, 2015

A driver was flown to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center with serious injuries following a crash in Thornton on Thursday.

Authorities said the car slammed into a tree on Mill Brook Road around 7 a.m.

Crews had to remove the roof in order to get the driver out.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
