A 21-year-old man died in a traffic accident in San Bernardino on Nov. 20, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner's Division.
At 7:48 a.m., emergency medical service personnel responded to Kendall Drive, north of 35th street, regarding a two-vehicle traffic collision.
They found Jacob Green, a San Bernardino resident, unresponsive in one of the involved vehicles. He was transported to the Loma Linda University Medical Center emergency room, where he was pronounced deceased at 9:02 a.m.
The San Bernardino Police Department is investigating the collision.
