A 34-year-old Wisconsin Dells woman was killed in a crash Thursday morning, officials said. The Sauk County Sheriff's Department said deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash on County Road H near the intersection with Lyndon Road at 11:13 a.m. in the town of Dellona. According to the report, Nicole V. Houghton, of Wisconsin Dells, was driving a car east on County Road H when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the center line and drove onto the opposite shoulder. The car attempted the return to the eastbound lane when it collided head on with a pickup truck headed west on H driven by 62-year-old Bradley Martens. The sheriff's office said Houghton was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected.
