Brasher, NY : pedestrian struck and killed crash in Route 55 Brasher New York on Wednesday November 4 2015

A pedestrian has been struck and killed in Brasher, New York.
Police say 18-year-old Nathan Thrana was walking in the middle of Route 55 Wednesday when he was hit by Erin Smith.
The Massena man was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
