HARTLAND, VT : Charlestown man charged month after woman killed in I-91 crash on Saturday, 28th July 2018

A man has been charged after a Vermont mother was killed in a crash on I-91.

The crash happened about 7:30 a.m. on June 28.Vermont State Police said Joshua Rondeau, 39, formerly of Charlestown, New Hampshire, lost control of his 2008 Chevy truck on the wet roadway.

He was driving southbound at mile marker 60 when he lost control, crossed the center median and hit a northbound 2007 Toyota Matrix head-on, police said.
