TAMPA, FL : Tampa Fire Rescue ambulance crashes into SUV, causes it to roll over on E Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Tampa Street on Tuesday, 28th April, 2020

A Tampa Fire Rescue vehicle crashed into an SUV on Wednesday night, according to Tampa police, sending two adults and an infant to a local hospital.

The incident took place at about 10:30 p.m. on E Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Tampa Street.

The Tampa Fire Rescue paramedic ambulance was headed east on MLK Boulevard, police said, when it “made contact” with an SUV. The crash caused the SUV to rollover.

The paramedic vehicle had no patient and was not responding to an emergency, officials said.
