MONTCALM COUNTY, MI : Woman pleads no contest in fatal hit-and-run that killed a 14-year-old boy on Thursday, 5th October 2023

A woman charged with a deadly hit-and-run that killed a 14-year-old boy and injured two others pleaded no contest Thursday, according to court records.

Jamison Lafferty, 14, was walking with friends on Wise Road in Montcalm County around 9:30 p.m. when they were hit by a car driven by Brandy Sue Jones, according to Michigan State Police.
