Ralls County, MO : Vandalia woman injured in a one-vehicle crash on U.S. 61 south of Route A in New London on Wednesday afternoon, July 6, 2016

A Vandalia woman suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in Ralls County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the accident happened at 12:30 p.m. July 6 on U.S. 61 south of Route A in New London.

A 2000 Mercury Sable was being driven north by 20-year-old Ashley N. Steele of Vandalia. The car drove off the right side of the road where it struck a ditch.

Steele, who was wearing a safety device, was taken by Ralls County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital.
