Reading, PA : Man killed in motorcycle accident in Douglass Township on Friday, September 9, 2016

A West Pottsgrove Township man was killed when his motorcycle crashed into a wooded area in Douglass Township, authorities said Saturday.

Kevin R. Grady, 51, died of head injuries, according to the Berks County coroner's office. He was pronounced dead at the scene in the 100 block of Poole Hill Road at 10:01 p.m. Friday.

Township police said Grady was westbound on Poole Hill Road near Creek Road at about 9 p.m. The motorcycle went off the north side of the road into a wooded area and collided with several trees, officials said.
