Cuyahoga Falls, OH : Man crashed into multiple cars, died after leading officers on chase in northeast Ohio on Friday, OCT 23, 2015

Authorities say a man was killed when he crashed into multiple cars after leading police on a chase in northeast Ohio.

Police say they were alerted that a man was driving recklessly in Cuyahoga Falls at around 10 p.m. Friday. They located and stopped the driver but say he then fled the scene.

Police say a chase ensued that ended in Akron. They say the man hit several unoccupied vehicles before crashing into a parked car and coming to a stop.

He was pulled from the car and taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Officials haven't identified the man. An autopsy will be completed.
