MADISON, WI : A vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash on May, Saturday, 13th 2017

Dane County authorities are looking for a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in the Town of Westport just north of Madison.

The sheriff’s office says in a statement Sunday that suspect vehicle may be grey, silver, or tan, and may have damage in the headlight areas.

Deputies were dispatched late Saturday night to a report of a dead man on the shoulder of State Highway 113 at County Highway M. The sheriff’s office says the suspect vehicle kept going south into Madison.

The victim’s name has not been released.
