Mobile domestic violence thwarted

CHARLESTON JG-TC -At 6:17 p.m. Friday, officers were dispatched to Illinois Route 16 in the area of Lerna Road for a domestic battery incident in which the female victim was hanging out of the driver's side door of a moving vehicle.
