HONOLULU, HI : Two people seriously injured after crash involving motorcycle car in Kalihi on Monday, 30th October 2023

Two people suffered serious injuries in a crash involving a motorcycle and a car in the Kalihi area, Monday afternoon.

The crash happened around 2:40 p.m. near the intersection of N. King Street and Umi Street.

When first responders arrived at the scene they found two people, a 24-year-old woman and an adult man of unknown age, in serious condition after apparently being thrown from the motorcycle following the crash, according to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Both victims were taken to the hospital.

Neither of the victims were wearing helmets at the time of the crash. Their identities have not yet been released.
