Moosup ,CT : 29-year-old Michael Shong killed after car crash on Sunday ,August 2nd 2015

A Massachusetts man has been found dead in his overturned car in the middle of a road in the eastern Connecticut village of Moosup.

The Norwich Bulletin reports Plainfield police say 29-year-old Michael Shong of Dudley was pronounced dead at the scene when their officers arrived with fire rescue units from Moosup and Central Village at about 2 a.m. Sunday.

Police said it appears the Honda Civic was southbound on Snake Meadow Road in Moosup when it ran off a curve, hit an embankment and rolled over.
