Philadelphia, PA : Motorcyclist killed in Delco crash on Tuesday

A man was killed when the motorcycle he was riding struck a pole Tuesday night in Delaware County, police said.
The accident was reported at 8:39 p.m. at Township Line and State Roads in Upper Darby. It was unclear if the man, described as in his late 20s, lost control by himself or was hit by another vehicle, said Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood. The cause of the accident was under investigation, Chitwood said.
