Hampton,NH : Woman killed in head-on accident in Hampton on September, Sunday 17th 2017

State police said a woman was killed after her motorcycle was hit head-on by a pickup truck in Hampton.

Police said it happened just before midnight on the Route 1 southbound interchange ramp to Route 1 north in Hampton.

Police said 61-year-old Keith Rogers of Voluntown, Connecticut, was driving a pickup truck south on the northbound ramp when he hit the motorcycle being driven by 32-year-old Dawn Houston-Fields.

Houston-Fields was brought to Portsmouth Regional Hospital where she later died from her injuries.

The ramp was closed for about four hours while police investigated the accident.

It is unclear if charges will be filed.
