SAPULPA, OK : A two-vehicle collision in Creek County on Friday, November, 24th 2017

A 37-year-old Tulsa woman suffered critical injuries Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision in Creek County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified the woman as Amanda C. Hood. She was taken to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition.

Troopers responded to the scene about 3:15 p.m. on Oklahoma 117 at County Road 36th West Avenue, which is just east of Sapulpa.

The Highway Patrol's report lists failure to yield as the collision's cause but doesn't indicate what specifically happened. That remains under investigation, with no details on which vehicle failed to yield or directions of travel.
