MARTINEZ, CA : 5-year-old killed, 11-year-old seriously injured in Martinez DUI on Sunday, 17th December 2023

A deadly crash in Martinez killed a 5-year-old child and left an 11-year-old injured early Sunday morning, according to California Highway Patrol.

Investigators said the car that the children were in went off the roadway and struck a tree on westbound State Route 4, just west of Morello Avenue, the CHP said.
