Orange County, FL : Two people injured in multi-vehicle crash on SR 528 in east Orange County on Tuesday, April 14, 2015

At least two people were seriously injured in a crash on State Road 528 Tuesday evening.
The multi-vehicle crash shut down the westbound lanes of the highway about two miles east of State Road 520.

Two helicopters landed on the highway to transport two people to area hospitals, fire officials said.
The crash caused significant traffic backup in the westbound lanes. One lane has since reopened.
