Kennewick, WA : Richland man killed in motorcycle wreck in Pasco on Sunday night, March 5, 2017

A Richland motorcyclist was killed Sunday night on the Highway 395 interchange with westbound Interstate 182 in Pasco.

Jason Montoya, 40, was driving a 2014 Harley Davidson FXSB when he apparently lost control at 5:45 p.m. while traveling north on Highway 395 to the westbound exit to the interstate.

Montoya drove onto the left shoulder, continued through the median and ended up in the westbound lanes of Interstate 182, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The cause of the wreck is listed as improper lane use in the release.

He was wearing a helmet.

He lived in the Tri-Cities for 3.5 years and worked as a district manager in dairy distribution.
