Woodland, CA : Knights Landing man dies in collision on Old River Road, south of County Road 124, about seven miles southeast of Woodland on Saturday, 18th January, 2020

A head-on collision and vehicle fire resulted in the death of a Knights Landing man and major injuries to a Woodland resident.

The accident occurred around 12:30 p.m., Saturday on Old River Road, south of County Road 124, about seven miles southeast of Woodland near the boat ramp.

According to the California Highway Patrol, Tyler McLean, 21, was driving a 2012 Honda Accord, southbound on Old River Road at between 55- and 60 miles per hour.
