NASHUA, NH : Car crash claims driver in the area of 17 Kinsley Street on Friday, 7th December 2018

Justin Petkewich, 35, no address given, died in a severe vehicle crash in the area of 17 Kinsley St. early Friday, Nashua Police Department officials confirmed.

Police and fire officials responded to the scene just before 2 a.m. Friday. According to fire and police officials the vehicle was traveling east on Kinsley Street when it left the road. With only Petkewich in the vehicle, the car struck several trees and vehicles on the north side of the street before crashing into the house at 17 Kinsley St.

Fire officials said, upon arrival, they found Petkewich unresponsive and trapped inside the vehicle. First responders had to use hydraulic extrication equipment to gain access to the driver. Once he was removed from the vehicle, he was declared deceased on the scene by American Medical Response medics.

According to police officials, there were no other injuries involved. The department’s Accident Reconstruction Team and detectives from the Criminal Investigative Division are working to determine the cause of the accident. They declined to comment further until the investigation is complete.
