Oklahoma City, OK : Two people killed in Washita County wreck on Friday, February 24, 2017

A man and a woman died Friday in a wreck about 15 miles east of Cordell, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

About 11:40 p.m., Rhonda R. Hulett, 34, of Weatherford, was driving a pickup south on State Highway 54. The pickup failed to stop at the State Highway 152 intersection and struck a westbound car, troopers said.

Hulett and a passenger in the pickup, James Deffenbaugh, 46, of Weatherford, died at the scene. They were not wearing seat belts, troopers said.

The driver of the car, Freddy Dominguez, 29, and a passenger, Damarius Dominguez, 24, both of Clinton, were taken to hospitals for medical attention.
