Brooklyn, NY : Tractor-trailer crash spills Budweiser beer on Brooklyn highway early Monday, August 8, 2016

An overturned tractor-trailer dumped hundreds of Budweiser cans onto a Brooklyn highway early Monday.

The crash seriously injured the truck’s driver, who had been going east on the Gowanus Expressway near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway exit at around 4 a.m., fire officials said.

First responders rushed the unidentified driver to New York Methodist Hospital, where he is in stable condition, the officials added.

The collision scattered several beer cases along the roadway and cracked open dozens of cans, which tumbled onto the Hicks St. sidewalk below, photos show.
