PASCO, WA : Pasco chase ends in damaged gas meter and wrecked fences on Monday, 7th May 2018

A Pasco man left a banged up gas meter, several busted fences and a wrecked car behind when he reportedly tried to outrun police Monday night.

Marcos A. Gonzalez, 23, allegedly got behind the wheel drunk when he hit the meter next to a house on the 9400 block of Mustang Drive at 8:15 p.m., Pasco police said. Witnesses watched him drive away, just as police were arriving.

As he tried to free Officer Julie Lee, Gonzalez slammed into a couple of fences before leaving his car on the front lawn and took off running. Police followed him through several yards as he continued to damage fences.

They caught up with Gonzalez and he was arrested.
