Nashua, N.H : 2 pedestrians seriously injured in crash in New Hampshire on Tuesday, November 15, 2016

Police say a Massachusetts man is accused of driving while intoxicated in a crash that seriously injured two pedestrians in New Hampshire.

Twenty-six-year-old Phillip Kannaly, of North Billerica, Massachusetts, is facing charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct.

The crash happened shortly before 1 a.m. Tuesday in Nashua.

WMUR-TV reports that one pedestrian was taken to a local hospital and the other was taken to a Boston-area hospital in critical condition.

Kannaly posted $25,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Nov. 22. It was not immediately known if he is being represented by an attorney.
