St. Lucie County, FL : Vero Beach man dies in I-95 wreck in St. Lucie County on Wednesday night, December 17, 2014
A 67-year-old Vero Beach man died following a Wednesday night crash on Interstate 95 in St. Lucie County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Michael Barton Glaze was driving a 2007 Ford Mustang about 10:20 p.m. in the area of Midway Road when for an “unknown reason” the vehicle struck a guardrail on the west paved shoulder, an FHP release states.
The Mustang traveled down a grass slope and into the tree line, hitting two trees.
Glaze “appeared to have a possible medical condition which led to the traffic crash,” the release states.
Glaze, who was wearing his seat belt, died.
