Louisville ,KY : One dead after serious head-on crash on Dixie Highway Monday ,August 31st 2015

One person died Monday after a serious crash on Dixie Highway, police said.

According to Louisville Metro Police, a Chevy Malibu driving along Dixie Highway near Pendleton Lane crossed the center line and hit a Dodge Charger head-on.

The driver of the Chevy Malibu was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries and later died.
