Leesburg, VA : Victim identified in fatal Sterling crash on Tuesday, 13th March 2018

The victim in a fatal car crash in Sterling Sunday has been identified as 37-year-old Zia Ud Din of Leesburg, according to Virginia State Police.

Din was driving a 2004 Lincoln Town Car along Route 606 when he ran off the road and struck the rear of a tractor-trailer parked on private property.

Despite wearing his seatbelt, Din died at the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
