The exit ramp on Interstate 64 East in Rockbridge County is closed due to a vehicle crash on Friday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash occurred at mile marker 56.8 on I-64 in the Lexington area. As a result, the ramp to Interstate 81 South, Exit 56, is closed.
Morning commuters are encouraged to find a different route.
