A Waynesboro, Pa., man who was injured when his motorcycle struck a car Wednesday night was listed in good condition Friday at Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
John Keith Lloyd of West Third Street in Waynesboro was injured when his 2001 Harley-Davidson motorcycle collided with a 2006 Acura RSX shortly after 9 p.m. in the 1800 block of Wayne Road in Guilford Township, a Pennsylvania State Police news release said.
Troopers said the driver of the Acura, Kameron M. Stevick of Chambersburg, Pa., attempted to make a left turn as he was traveling north on Wayne Road and pulled into the path of the southbound motorcycle.
Police said the motorcycle struck a tire on the passenger side of the Acura.
Lloyd was flown to Meritus Medical Center to be treated for head, chest and leg injuries, the release said.
