Hutchinson, KS : Two hospitalized after crashing nearly head-on in Marion County on Thursday September 15 2016
A Newton woman and a Topeka man were injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision in Marion County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Benjamin Aaron Jack, 34, of Topeka, was driving a 1999 Ford F-150 pickup west on U.S. 56 at Limestone Road at about 4:45 p.m. when he crossed the center line and struck another vehicle - a 2009 Buick Enclave driven by Kristina D. Roth, 38, of Newton - almost head-on.
Jack was taken to St. Luke Hospital and Living Center in Marion with possible injuries. Roth was taken to Hillsboro Community Medical Center with injuries. Both were wearing seat belts.
