Nashville, TN : Driver flees after crashing car in north Nashville early Monday morning on September 1, 2014

Metro police are looking for the driver of a car found wrecked in north Nashville early Monday morning. The driver of a Ford Fusion ran off Ewing Drive near Brick Church Pike and overturned. The car came to a rest on its roof in front of Foster Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Investigators say the driver got out of the car and into a passing white Chevy Monte Carlo. Blood was found in the Ford Fusion and police think the driver might've been injured. The investigation is ongoing. Ewing Drive was closed for a time. It has since reopened.
