BOWLING GREEN, MO : Bowling Green man injured in Pike County crash on Tuesday, 28th January, 2020

A Bowling Green man was injured in a Tuesday night crash in Pike County.

The Missouri State Highway patrol said that a 2016 Nissan Titan driven by Gary W. Schmidt, 48, of Bowling Green, and a 2015 Subaru Impreza driven by Hayden D. Comer, 21, of Bowling Green, were traveling south on Route NN at 7:30 p.m. As the Nissan was slowing to a stop as it approached U.S. 61, said the driver of the Subaru attempted to pull alongside the Nissan due to a confrontation, the patrol said, and the front of the Subaru struck the back of the Nissan.

A passenger in the Subaru, James B. Comer, 47, of Bowling Green, was taken by Pike County Ambulance to Pike County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
