Richland County ,IL : 19-year-old Brandon Blackford killed after All Terrain Vehicle Crash on Saturday morning ,May 16th 2015

A Southern Illinois teenager has died in a weekend ATV crash.

Illinois State Police say 19-year-old Brandon Blackford of Olney was driving an ATV around 2:15 Saturday morning when he was hit by a car.

Troopers say Blackford was heading east on US 50, and 61-year-old Gerald Foster was heading west, but got into the east bound lane to turn onto County Road 300 East.

Foster is charged with DUI. Troopers say more charges are pending.

He's now out of jail on a $3,000 bond.
