Scottsbluff, NE : Lyman man killed in crash Friday on Friday, December 23rd 2016

A Lyman man died in a crash near the Overton I-80 interchange on Friday.
The crash, reported at 5:16 p.m. , claimed the life of 65 year old Jesse Gomez Jr. 65, of Lyman, Nebraska, partially ejected from the vehicle after it entered into the media, rolled and ended up in the westbound lanes. Passenger, 32-year-old Victor Rodriguez-Lira was treated and released. Rodriquez-Lira was wearing a seat belt.
Freezing drizzle and snow flurries were factors in numerous motor vehicle accidents on I-80 Friday. The accident occurred at about 5:16 p.m. Friday.
