South Mahoning Township, PA : 17-year-old girl died in a single-car accident in Indiana County on Saturday afternoon, March 19, 2016

A 17-year-old girl was killed Saturday in a truck crash in South Mahoning Township.

It happened around 12:30 p.m.

According to the Indiana County Coroner, Jessica Marie Gess was driving a Ford F150 on Route 85 when her vehicle exited the south berm, slid across two lanes, rolled several times and came to rest in a field.

Gess was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected, she did not survive.

No other cars were involved in the crash.
