The eastbound lanes of Interstate 4 have reopened after at least eight people were hurt in a four-vehicle crash.
It happened Monday afternoon near the Fairbanks Avenue exit.
Officials said two of the victims had to be cut out of a vehicle.
Only one person involved in the accident was taken from the scene in serious condition.News 13 has learned the driver of one of the vehicles took off after his vehicle flipped.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers said although he had nothing to do with causing the accident, he could be charged for leaving the scene of an accident.
