ORLAND, CA : Head-on crash injures Angola woman on S.R. 120 west of Orland on Thursday, 27th September 2018

An Angola woman was injured following a nearly head-on crash Thursday night at about 8:45 p.m. on S.R. 120 west of Orland.

A 2000 Pontiac driven eastbound by Elaine Tibbetts, 47, Angola, for an unknown reason traveled left of center, into the path of an oncoming westbound Peterbilt semi driven by Robin Athy, 52, West Unity, Ohio, a Steuben County Sheriff's Office report said.
