Dallas, OR : 1 killed, 2 seriously injured in a head-on collision on Highway 22W in Polk County on Sunday afternoon, February 8, 2015

Oregon State Police say a 70-year-old Salem man was killed and two other people were seriously injured in a head-on collision Sunday afternoon on Highway 22W in Polk County.

The Salem man, Carrol L. Davis, was driving one car. A 72-year-old woman in his car and the 19-year-old driver of the other car were taken to Salem Hospital.
