OMAHA, NE : 1 in critical condition after crash near 52nd and Parker streets on Saturday, 12th January 2019

One person is in critical condition after hitting a tree near 52nd and Parker streets.

The crash occurred around 6 p.m. Saturday night.

Officers identified the driver as Eldi Hernandez, 35, of Omaha.

Hernandez was cited for driving under the influence, negligent driving and driving with no insurance.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
